[Campus-columbia-staff] logistics for open source event

I think as long as we're 100% sure we can have a person to let people in,
and they're okay with having to do so dozens of times during the event,
then this might work.  Wrangling our staff into mostly coming at one time
is one thing, but we're hoping to get a significant number of non-CS
attendees who we'd like to give the freedom to come and go to.

Let's keep looking into booking the rooms, but I'm going to take a little
bit to consider if this set up is really tenable.
