[OH-Publicity] postcard mockup

I've no idea about numbers. Looks good unjustified. Might make sense to
have a small logo on the back. I'd probably have done this in Inkscape, but
probably doesn't matter for small format of postcard.

Overall I think it looks great and the text is clear & concise!
