[OH-Publicity] postcard mockup

Also, thoughts on how many to print for SCALE?  (Keep in mind that
LibrePlanet and PyCon are both coming up, and we're not necessarily going
to have a chance to improve the design and print more before then.)

The options are:
- 100 for $39.99
- 250 for $49.99
- 500 for $49.99 (not a typo)
- 1000 for $83.99

My inclination is to go for 500 because 100 seems like too few, and we
might as well take the 250 free cards.  It's just a little terrifying -
what if there's a typo?
