[OH-Publicity] postcard mockup

Updated version.  I think I have the size/resolution right for printing at
Staples, but I'd still welcome a quick sanity check from someone who has
had this kind of thing printed before.  Also, if anyone knows how to
justify text in GIMP, because this is all eyeballing.
