[OH-Publicity] postcard mockup

Well, I just ordered 500 of them, so if anybody notices a typo please don't
tell me.  :)

Carol, it seemed like it would be too close a call to send them to you, so
I had them shipped to the conference hotel.  We can handle the $5 fee.

Mike - thanks for the advice re: Inkscape.  I should really use that as my
default instead of GIMP, but I didn't have time to learn a new program
today.
