[Pdxpw-staff] Wait-list reminders, scheduling mentors' meeting

Hi team,

I talked to one of our students last Friday, and they said that between
some wait-list confusion and the change in day-of-week between June and
July, they weren't entirely sure if they were attending this month's
class.  A confirmation message to this month's students might help, that
says something like 

"Hi, you're currently signed up for 2-5PM on Saturday the 28th and
9:30-4:30 on Sunday the 29th.  Please mark your calendars, and if you
can't make it, change your RSVP to make a spot available to someone
else."

(with maybe some sort of thing-to-think-about or
thing-to-look-forward-to if we're feeling clever.)

And, on the subject of putting things on calendars, if we're having a
mentors' prep meeting we should put that on the calendar soon.  I know
with Community Leadership Summit and OSCON next week, calendars are
filling up fast for many of us.
