[Events] openhatch mailing list for project nights

Hi all!

I was wondering what hte best way to communicate with helpers for Chicago's
project night would be. I could use the meetup discussion board. Do you
think this would be good for a new openhatch mailing list? I'm pretty sure
it would be low volume. Our cpw-staff mailing list is low volume.
