[Events] openhatch mailing list for project nights

We're pretty profligate with mailing lists, so you could make and admin an
openhatch list if you'd like.  OTOH, Boston PUG uses the meetup mailing
list with no apparent ill effects, and that would limit the number of
signups you're asking members to do.
