[Ccsf-campus-staff] Merge Request for Website

On the registration forms:
-Self select is great.
Mentor forms:
-Why do we ask "which software do you use to write code" and "have you used
IRC" / "Have you used Version Control" / "Can you bring a laptop yourself"?
Not sure of the point on the first question, and the remaining questions
better all be "yes"!
-I think adding a link to the curriculum we have planned for the "Learning
to Contribute" sections, and mentioning they can do something different if
they want, will help mentors know what to expect.
