[Campus-uw-staff] countdown to the workshop

We're still in the high 40s, so I sent out some more emails. I'm worried
that I'm getting spam-filtered due to my lack of .edu address, though, as I
emailed about 14 groups and 60 people without a single reply. :/ Anyway,
it looks like only Ben and I have sent out publicity -- it would be great
to get a bit more help with this.

I found two more diversity focused groups I don't think we've reached out
to, Women In Science and Engineering and the Minority Scholars Engineering
Program, and added them to the spreadsheet. I'm hesitant to email because
of potential spam-filtering. Can someone else send these?

Ben, have you sent confirmation emails to students? If not, I can do it,
that's no problem -- but someone definitely should. :)

We've got 9 mentors signed up, which should be just fine, although there's
room for 1-4 more people, so feel free to invite folks if you have anyone
in mind. I'm going to add our mentors to this list & send out an
introductory email shortly.
