[Campus-hartnell-staff] Gender ratio tally

[Katie Cunningham]

Hartnell CS does have a fairly good ratio overall, though I'm not sure if
it was as good as we saw at the event. Our cohort programs, however, have
roughly the same demographics as what you saw at the event:

*Cohort 1*
11/28 Female (40%)
23/28 First Generation (82%)
24/28 Latino (86%)

*Cohort 2*
15/32 Female (47%)
26/32 First Generation (81%)
30/32 Latino (94%)

Most of the students in the room were from Cohort 2, so the numbers make
sense.

I'll have to ask Prof. Joe Welch about the overall ratio at Hartnell, since
I'm realizing I don't know it!
