[Campus-hartnell-staff] Gender ratio tally

I'd say definitely better than we usually do, but not exceptionally so.
I'll run the numbers on our events over the last year soon, as part of the
year-end retrospective (diversity was one of our objectives). Our goal is
phrased in terms of improvement over the underlying ratio, so this may not
mean we did anything particularly well - Hartnell may just have a good
gender ratio in CS to begin with. Katie, what's the Hartnell ratio like?
