Checking in on the status of publicity/sign-ups and volunteers.

re: sign-ups - we have 28 sign-ups, currently, which given a 50% no-show
rate (about our average) is only 14 students.  What other avenues for doing
publicity are there? Have emails gone out to science department heads?  All
relevant student groups? Can we print paper flyers?

We've got 11 people tentatively confirmed to volunteer - there are lots of
other people we can contact but I want to hold off until we've got enough
sign ups to justify that.
