[Campus-columbia-staff] logistics for open source event

Hello again!  Just thought I'd bump this conversation up.  This is cut and
pasted from our last off-list email.

1. The CS lounge sounds like a good fit. It's 1 room, not two but we might

That does sound pretty good, except for the CS swiping part.  Will they
need to swipe into the building, or the room?

I think the plan is for the 27th/28th of April, which are a Saturday and
Sunday.
