[Campus-rutgers-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Rutgers

I will let Prachi and Billy decide on the date. Early Jan sounds reasonable
to me, unless Prachi has strong sentiments against it.

As for Google sponsorship, if we have a separate Google sign up sheet (like
the chromebooks we have at the RU events, Billy) and do little 5 min
"Google and Open Source" prezo, sponsorship should not be a problem.

Billy: Send Amy an email soon (so they can adjust their 2015 budgets if
needed) asking for money for food, shwag for travel costs for mentors. Let
Amy know it is similar to an event I ran last year. CC me on the email so I
can jump in if need be.
