[Campus-rutgers-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Rutgers

I'm happy to move this to the spring if that's what you prefer.  Prachi, do
you have a preference?

We will likely not start running events again in 2015 until February.  Will
that be early enough in the semester?
