[WFS-India] workshop on IRC - events page

Hi,

I have created an event page on the website
http://www.wfs-india.org/event/workshop-irc. I am not publishing it since
the content is not ready yet. Those who can not see the above page, they
can access the content at -
https://wfs-india.etherpad.mozilla.org/IRC-Workshop-Planning?

It's just the bare bone structure of what is going to be there in the event
page. Could you please go through it and add answers to the FAQs. Also,
please share your suggestion if we need to add/modify anything to it.
