[WFS-India] guideline while posting in the group

Well, initially I thought we will not have any such guidelines and everyone
will be free to post to this group. But now I feel we should have one
especially when more people are subscribing to the group. Hence let me
reiterate what I shared in our previous group.

Here's the list I propose -

1. Be polite in this group.
You may have difference of opinion with what others say. In that case,
please explain your points and refrain from using derogatory words or
preaching or teaching.

2. Be helpful to each other.
