[pydata-outreach-staff] Other people 'Rsvp' through meetup

Apologies: I think I published that comment too hastily, as I was afraid a
lot more people would show up than the organizers had planned for. I forgot
to account for no-shows. Should I add another comment stating that the
organizers have agreed to allow people to show up and wait for available
spots?
