[pydata-outreach-staff] Other people 'Rsvp' through meetup

I've heard that it is typical for free tech events in this city to have
attendance rate at 50%, even with frequently prompting leading up to the
event. Would it be a good idea to use 'standby line' to accomodate as many
people that show up who are not on the guestlist?
