Hi,

Just FYI...within moments of sending the mail, I had an attendee
back-out on reading the skill-set survey <-- The imposter syndrome is
exactly why I was hesitant to query people on their skill-set. For
now, I tried to explain that I was a beginner to Pandas too, so let's
see how it goes.
Anyone have ideas on how we can not scare away newbies and be more
welcoming!? I'm listening...
