[OH-Publicity] Ideas for Model-View-Culture

It seems to me a mix of stats and anecdotes is what works the best in MVC
(and probably other medium format writings.)

I think we'd want to first identify the large problem we are talking about
(diversity in tech or a more specific aspect) and then delineate a few
inter-related cause of that problem that we address in our work (for
example: actual and/or perceived unwelcomeness, imposter syndrome, not
knowing where to start or go to for help) and then fill in those sections
with some relevant stats and a anecdote each, if possible. Maybe we'd
book-end with an intro about why we started doing this and a conclusion
that somehow talks (either optimistically or pessimistically) about what is
to be done next?

Just my two cents on a mostly writing day,
Deb
