[OH-Publicity] Possible move of blog to wp-engine

Britta and I worked together on this, and here is the current status:

* blog.openhatch.org is hosted on wpengine.com.

* openhatch.org/blog/ redirects there.

* Some old uploaded files (aka "wp-content") remain on nearlyfreespeech,
where the blog install used to be. New files will be in the new blog land.

* Britta has admin access to the new wpengine-based blog, and can delegate
powers as needed.

* wpengine has the feature of "Staging Sites", so we can change plugins and
themes etc. on the staging site without disrupting the main blog. This
should allow low-friction experimentation.

This should result in a much better experience for blog readers and authors
alike. I mean *much* better. Shauna noticed that a post of hers took a long
time to hit the front page of the blog. Mike noticed some spam added by a
remote attacker who pwned the blog. Problems like that should be totally
gone now.

If there are any migration-related problems, or any new problems unrelated
to the migration, ping me and/or Britta. We can also spread the wpengine
admin love more widely.

I'd like to finish
