[OH-Publicity] A monthly newsletter

Hi OpenHatch publicity people,

I think it'd be great if we had a monthly newsletter. I keep meeting 
people in the world who care about what we do, and I'd love to keep them 
in touch through something really simple. It could be as simple as four or 
five bullet points of what's happened in OpenHatch-land over the four 
weeks since the last newsletter.

I could try to write this, or (even better!) someone else could check in 
with the people who have been active in the past month, and digest that 
into something that surely makes sense to the public.
