Agree. And the anonymous donor's quote is great and succinct re the
value of open source.

For future materials primarily intended as fundraising pitches for OH
we do need to work on what Deb suggests.

ps I noticed http and https links to openhatch.org in the post
(probably my scattered copy&pasting) so I made them protocol-relative
(but not for *.openhatch.org -- lists is using a certificate valid for
only openhatch.org, campus not responding).
