[OH-Publicity] Draft of "Open Source Comes to Campus" fall 2012 overview post

Hi all,

I'm aiming for one post on the blog per week this month, and that means 
that the next deadline is August 10.

I wrote a quick draft of a post explaining what Open Source Comes to 
Campus is, how it works, and what we need to make it even more successful.
