[OSCTC-planning] training organizations

I've not heard of any of them before.  Visiting their websites, it seems
like a lot of information on broad topics.  It's good to have them as
resources, but for now I think I will not dive deep on any of them - I'd
rather focus on talking to similar orgs to OH and seeing what has worked
for them.
