[OSCTC-planning] new curriculum page for event websites, and curriculum browser

Shauna, I love the ideas behind both of these tools.

#1 - I think the template is helpful for users at an event and very
helpful when planning or considering a new event. I like the new (or new
to me) look of some of the presentations (tools, social norms etc).

#2 - The curriculum browser is useful for users after an event and for
user groups running mini-events or workshops. I like the ability to view
only certain items.

If you have some bite size issues that you need help on, the San Diego
Saturday group has some folks looking for real world projects :)
