[OSCTC-planning] Infrastructure changes

Thanks Shauna, that is a really interesting question. When playing around
with this kind of thing, I use "inspect element" in Chrome to modify the
live website and take lots of little screenshots, and I rearrange those
screenshots in a simple image editor app that lets me rearrange pasted
images and add extra text and so on, so that I have a mockup that is
reasonably easy to adjust but is realistic (I find realisticness useful for
helping make a design that will fit the constraints of being a real
website). It might not be the most efficient method, but it works for me.
It would be fun to try this with people in some kind of videochat with
screensharing! We could start with an Etherpad with a collaborative outline
of what seems most important for the homepage.
