I'm sorry to leave this unanswered for so long, Jessica!

1., obviously! We're counting on IndyPy for recruitment, and some of
them have already told me to "save a spot for my daughter" or whatnot.

As for IndyPy staffers, what roles were you thinking of? I wasn't
imagining us having any staff beyond teachers, and Mel and I (plus
perhaps Boston folks!) will probably be all the teachers we need.
TA's would be good, to circulate and help students out, so we could
definitely use some of those from IndyPy, but... do you think that
having men as TA's would change the mood of the workshop? I don't
know that IndyPy actually has *any* women members (yet - all the more
reason to do the workshop). And/or are there other staff roles to
involve them in?

(I guess I'm technically on IndyPy's meetup roster, but I'm 100 miles
away and have never actually made it to a meetup)

3. sounds like a great plan, and I don't think I'll have any trouble
talking IndyPy into it.

IndyPy meets on Feb 21, and I'll try to make it their to bolster their
involvement in person.

Thanks!
