+1 to the email -- ship 'er. I will be taking care of thumbdrive-loading 
and giving a once-over to the curriculum this week; I think what we need 
local help for the most is a mad recruitment drive.

Re: childcare -- a hotel night is cheaper than the round-trip, so if we 
end up needing Friday night as well, we can do that, I think. If things 
fall through in a terrible flaming pit and we can't get childcare on 
Friday night and need it, maybe I can step out of the install/startup 
portion and do stuff with the kids (I'd be willing to, in any case).
