[Events] how to approach disengaged attendees

Software Carpentry uses coloured post-it notes. One colour stands for "I'm
done" and the other is "I'm stuck". That works pretty well as an invitation
to receive help.

IMV, helpers should be moving around fairly regularly. Asking if someone
needs a hand is only awkward the first time.
