It is $100/hr after 1pm on Saturdays because they don't have HVAC in
the lease for the entire weekend. Chipy uses the space for meetings
sometimes. It's located downtown close to Union Station and the el,
which is very handy for a location. If I can't get sponsorship for the
air conditioning, I can cover it. It will be easier on me if I don't
need to.

This is okay with me. and I don't mind it being public.

I know some people who have run Flourish at the UIC campus, so I could
see if they know people there who are also interested. Do you have an
introductory type of email I can send to them?
