[Events] python workshop in Chicago mailing list?

Since Jessica contacted me -- I have asked some friends to help from
chipy, and have found a place to hold a workshop. I think there is a
pretty good chance it will happen. Should I ask friends who are
helping to join this mailing list, or make one specific to Chicago?

After I see how good of a job we do with this python workshop, I would
like to see if we can have an openhatch workshop. I am not affiliated
with any university or college, however, so I would like to know if we
could have one at pumpingstationone.org if there is interest, or if I
could see if the same people who will help with the python workshop
will want to help. We could also probably use the same space.
