As far as I'm concerned, you're quite welcome to come to the planning 
sessions, too! I think it makes sense for final decision-making to be 
handled by whoever is the group of people that will have to live with the 
decisions (i.e., who will be there on Saturday), but please don't take 
that to mean we're not interested in input; I know you're interested in 
teaching and I'm quite interested in getting your thoughts.
