Hi! The link to the Contributor Guide in CONTRIBUTING.md
<http://openhatch.readthedocs.org/en/latest/contributor/index.html> is broken. I
have found the right link and I am working on a patch. :)

I think CONTRIBUTING.md should link to
<http://openhatch.readthedocs.org/en/latest/getting_started/getting_started.html> instead.
