[OH-Dev] For those who care about the bug importer

I looked into why the bug importer seemingly hasn't been running.

I looked at http://inside.openhatch.org/crawl-logs/ and noticed:

Many of the recent runs are merely 1.7K in log data, not the usual 
enormous amount.

You can see such logs here: http://inside.openhatch.org/crawl-logs/

For example: 
http://inside.openhatch.org/crawl-logs/scrapy.2014-01-07.EhR8.log

This is caused by an allergy between GNU wget and our new 
CloudFlare-provided SSL certificate.

Fixed (well, worked around) in 
https://github.com/openhatch/oh-mainline/commit/3d2b052885250ea2aac1be5e15e037c25df5c84c
