It would be nice to test at least if the dev enviroment setup instructions work.

It would be fantastic to run the whole test suite and find out what breaks on 
Windows.

Note that even just doing a nightly 'git clone' onto a Windows machine, via this 
kind of automation, would actually be hugely useful. In the past, we've had 
files in the oh-mainline git repo that has filenames that are not valid on 
Windows, so the 'git clone' step would fail!
