[OH-Dev] [issue858] Pagination is broken when selecting the "any" option in search

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to http://www.openhatch.org/search/
2. Under 'Languages', click 'More Languages'
3. Select the "any" option
4. Note that results appear
5. Click on the "next" page to go the next page of results
6. Note that no results appear, even though the bug count says that there are 
more left to show.
