To Reproduce:
1. Goto http://openhatch.org/+portfolio/editor/
2. Click on add a project
3. Add a project name and description
4. save and publish 

The add a page link does not work. (Tested on Firefox 20.0.1 and Chrome)

The save and publish button is also not 'clickable' in Firefox but we can press
"Tab" and return. However, in case of "Add a page" button nothing works
