https://github.com/openhatch/oh-mainline/pull/35 is an *enormous* pull request
that addresses this. In that pull request:

* Each mission step gets a proper Hints section.

* Each mission step is consistently made part of a plot about a community of
recipe sharers.

Note that the test suite does pass.

Review requested! With an ACK I will deploy this. I will also respond to
feedback first.
