[OH-Dev] I wrote more oh-bugimporters documentation, including suggestions on scrapy-ification

Thanks for writing this documentation Asheesh, It is very helpful.

I will give it a try in my local and once it see it in action I will try 
to come with a plan for a seamless migration to scrappy.
