One of the problem with adding project's trackers to OpenHatch is to get support 
from upstream projects. So that they start to use 'easy' tags and decompose the 
problems. It may worth to define the stages that show the status of project 
support in OpenHatch. These are:

- project added, but no tracker
    -> add tracker
       - no tracker support
         -> add tracker support
            - tracker support is impossible
              -> communicate upstream
- tracker added, but no easy tag
    -> communicate upsream
       -> tune tracker information
