[OH-Dev] [issue591] Confusing instruction in Diffing entire directories mission

The attached patches clean up the recursive diff mission so that:

* It does "from x.y import *" less often

* The filenames no longer contain the string [aA]ubergine

* The checker accepts both the old filenames and the new filenames, in case
people had an extracted tarball with the old filenames.

Attaching the patch for now since gitorious isn't up.
