[OH-Dev] [issue594] Project page design uses too much vertical whitespace

Here are some problems:

* The "projects" navigation link above the word "Blender" is practically invisible

* Yet it takes up vertical space

This simple patch compresses the "Projects" link to be on the same line as the
link to "Blender".
