[OH-Dev] Combating Spam - What can we do?

Hi team,

I'm a bit worried about deterioration in this project because of spam
I just visted the front-page & the recent activity feed links to it

Would it be a good idea to implement an http://akismet.com/ spam guard
on all the comment access points, including the wiki, blog & forum?

Looking for feedback, it'd really be nice to clean up access points
the troublemakers are using somehow.
