[Devel] Android app for working with OpenHatch

I think this is a great idea! It certainly would open up a new avenue
for the website. Of course, it also adds a maintainability issue, but
that can be worked out later =P

My view on this is that you will be coming in creating a reasonably
different interface to the OpenHatch website, but that requires access
to all the same data. So in my mind, the process of working out what the
app would need access to, and getting it access, would clarify views and
methodologies about the main site as well. There are many UI bugs filed
about the website, which I think most of us have been rather afraid of
tackling, and the creation of this app could very well help with the
decisions on, and resolutions of, these as well.

OpenHatch APIs:

Anyway, these are just my brief thoughts, so I look forward to hearing
