[Devel] [issue460] Use clearer language on the account creation page

Specifically, on /account/signup/do:

1. Change "Pick a froopy handle" to something more meaningful
2. Change the "Hit it" button to something more meaningful

I appreciate the site's desire for levity, but this is going to be confusing to some people, in 
particular people for whom English isn't a first language.
