[OH-Dev] [issue635] Greyed-out check marks on missions UI with something more standard

The current checkmarks usage on the /missions/ page and each mission's sidebar is super non-
standard and confusing. Let's replace the greyed-out check marks with either an empty check box, or 
maybe just a neutral bullet point.
