[OH-Dev] [issue633] snapshot_public_data should include PortfolioEntry objects

Right now, the public data snapshots do not include PortfolioEntry objects.

This is bad news because it means when people surf to /people/?q=python on their
local servers, there are no results.

So we should adjust mysite/customs/management/commands/snapshot_public_data.py
to include the public PortfolioEntry objects.
